DewyLab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made on the same day the order is received.

• The customer returns the product to the address provided by DewyLab.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
