DewyLab Return & Refund Policy

At DewyLab, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made on the same day the order is received.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided by DewyLab.

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The return request is made after the day of delivery.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or is damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team on the day you receive your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

  4. Ship the product back promptly using a reliable courier service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where applicable. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the wrong product or a defective item was sent by DewyLab.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
